Colorado Housing Assistance Corporation (CHAC)CHAC has first time home buyers programs that allow you to put as little as $500 down. Aurora Home Ownership Assistance Program (HOAP)The city of Aurora offers first time home buyer assistance for low income and moderate income families. Veterans Administration Programs (VA)Veterans and active military personnel are eligible for VA loans, which require no down payment.
